Student must be an undergraduate or graduate student.

CORPORATE SERVICE INTERN DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

An intern is requested to work with the Manager of Corporate Accounts to respond to inquiries and requests from corporate clients. The Service intern will assist in developing service programs and quarterly events for clients that increase ridership and revenue; prepare materials for external meetings and assist in representing Metrolink at Employee Rideshare Fairs; draft newsletter content and correspondence; prepare presentations in PowerPoint, generate reports in Excel, update spreadsheets and account records in Salesforce, CRM.

Ideal candidate possesses excellent customer service and communication skills, the ability to write effectively and experience in working with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Detail oriented individual, with stamina who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

BENEFITS

Students can work up to 1000 hours in a fiscal year, receive a monthly transportation pass and earn $10/hr.
