
Metrolink welcomes passenger feedback about our service. To foster direct communication with the public, Customer Connect has been established as an opportunity for passengers to meet with Metrolink management and staff. Customer Connect is held every Wednesday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at L.A. Union Station. Look for our Customer Connect booth.
Passengers are invited to meet with Metrolink’s management and staff to share concerns and offer suggestions about ways to enhance our service.
