Metrolink Introduces Metrolink Matters Blog for Passengers, Stakeholders

Stay updated on all things Metrolink with the new Metrolink Matters blog

Starting today, Metrolink passengers and stakeholders can now view the latest Metrolink news and information on the new official blog, Metrolink Matters. The blog is designed to provide readers with up-to-date information on a user-friendly, easy-to-access digital platform that can be read on any computer or mobile device.

“The Metrolink Matters blog is a digital extension of our popular on-train newsletter,” said Metrolink CEO Art Leahy. “This will allow passengers and community members to access timely information and interact directly with Metrolink staff.”

Metrolink Matters will publish a variety of weekly articles ranging from Authority news and safety reminders to local community events, timely service updates, promotional deals, weekend travel ideas and more. The blog will also include features designed to encourage readers to engage with Metrolink through comments and likes, as well as sharing articles with friends and family through social networking channels.  

The Metrolink Matters blog is part of a technology transformation Metrolink has made over the past seven months, which includes launching a new website, introducing a new GPS train tracker and ability to use the Metrolink mobile app to connect to the LA Metro Rail system.
