Metrolink's Corporate Partner Program (CPP) is a pre-tax benefit program that allows companies and organizations the ability to offer transit benefits to their employees using a maximum of $260/month per employee. In 2019 the maximum will be raised to $265. For new accounts that signup there is an additional 25% discount being offered for a 6 month period. This is in on top of any other discount being offered, i.e. Antelope Valley/San Bernardino Line discounts.

Who pays for a commuter benefits program:
1. Pre-tax – At the employee’s request, the employer withholds part of the employee’s paycheck to let them pay transportation costs with pre-tax dollars. This is called a “compensation reduction plan.”
2. Subsidy – The employer provides funds directly to employees in addition to salary. Employees don’t count the designated transportation subsidy as taxable income—it’s going straight to transit costs—so employers still don’t pay payroll taxes on it.
3. Pre-tax/Subsidy Combination – The employer contributes some of the cost, and the rest is paid with the employee’s pre-tax withholding.
How Employees Redeem Their Tickets (Mobile App Integration):

- Employer logs into the CPP Mobile web portal
- A new transaction [new rider] is added
- The purchase is confirmed and an electronic ticket is instantly sent to the employee's Mobile App Ticket Wallet
Employee [Full Screen Video]:
- Employe downloads Metrolink App [Apple or Android]
- Employee registers with a valid email
- Employee Transportation Coordinator (ETC) programs employee's ticket on Metrolink's web portal
- An electronic ticket is instantly sent to the employee's Mobile App Ticket Wallet
